These Terms of Service govern your use of the IITB Digital Marketing Academy website and enrolment in any of our programs. By using this website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational purposes about IITB Digital Marketing Academy's programs, powered by Channelsoftech. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content for unlawful purposes.

2. Program Enrolment

Enrolment in the Foundation, Professional or Agency Career Program is subject to availability, eligibility criteria and completion of the enrolment process communicated separately by our team.

3. Certification & Placement Assistance

Certification is awarded on satisfactory completion of a program's requirements. Placement assistance and the internship opportunity in applicable programs are provided on a best-effort basis and are not a guarantee of employment or internship placement.

4. Fees & Refunds

Program fees, payment schedules and refund conditions will be communicated at the time of enrolment and are governed by the enrolment agreement provided separately.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials and branding on this website are the property of IITB Digital Marketing Academy / Channelsoftech and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

IITB Digital Marketing Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or participation in our programs, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to These Terms
